Around 18 children are being prepared for mainstream school at the Gope pre-school. Even though the education system in the region is often organized with overbearing detail, efforts are made here to provide the children with an appropriate and child-orientated environment. However, the coming winter poses a serious challenge: With no heating and a cold concrete floor, the sub-zero temperatures are almost unbearable.

We are now providing a remedy: Ram is installing two electric heaters and an insulating wooden floor at short notice.
At a low cost of just €500, we can provide the children with a warm and safe environment.

The electricity required comes from hydropower, which makes the heating system cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
