In the last few weeks, the construction in Kimalung has reached its final stage. Paintwork, windows and doors have been completed and all sanitary facilities have been installed. Operations can start soon, the official opening will take place at the end of April.

We will start our project trip to Nepal on April 21st. As always, it will be a great adventure and we will of course take you along on it to some degree. On this occasion, we will be looking into a new water project that could ensure a clean water supply for 6,000 people in the Gope district.

March 11th

The exterior painting is done in no time. Unlike in Germany, the windows will only be installed after the painting. That will happen next week.

March 14th

Ram is back on site since yesterday and has brought the rest of the materials with him. The carpenter has with great love to his work made excellent doors.

March 15th

To top it all off, the rhododendron - Nepal’s national flower since 1962 - is now in bloom.

March 16th

The windows are delivered and installed today.

March 19th

The paintwork is getting its finishing touches.

April 1st

The clinic is complete. We are very pleased and happy. We receive the following message from Ram:
